Pre-work: from registration until 4 June
Thesis formation.
Output: 1–2 industries selected, 5–10 targets per industry, Right to Win defined.
Week 1: Kick-off session, 4 June (in-person, London)
Formation + investor orientation + meet your peers.
Output: Peer groups formed, initial thesis steer, clarity about investor expectations.
Week 2: 8–14 June
Building a resilient serial acquirer.
Output: Locked thesis + clear value creation logic.
Week 3: 15–21 June
Deal sourcing system.
Output: draft 100-company pipeline, sourcing strategy, outreach plan.
Week 4: 22–28 June
Debt financing + AI powered rollups.
Output: Understanding lower mid-market debt and what are AI-powered vs AI-adjacent rollups.
Week 5: 29 June–5 July
Deck build - iteration 1.
Output: Full draft deck (v1) + hot seat feedback (including from surprise guest).
Week 6: 6–12 July
Deck finalisation.
Output: Final investor-ready deck + hot seat feedback (including from surprise guest). Submission deadline 9 July.
Hybrid format. In-person kick-off in London, then 5 weeks online. Presentations Tuesday lunchtimes. Peer-group sessions Thursday evenings. All core sessions recorded for participants only.
